Guest guest Posted January 24, 2005 Report Share Posted January 24, 2005 Sat Nam Dear Gururattan, There is one exercise on page 88 of Sexuality & Spir. meant to change the metabolism and it says why there is a problem on the left hemisphere of the brain etc It recommends to breath 31' thru the left nostril.
