I take classes now at Yoga West in Los Angeles and began student teaching through a school in Long beach March 2004. During a period of emotion travail, a psychologist recommended yoga as a way to process life on life's terms. God landed me in a Kundalini class and I have been in love with the practice since. My plan is to begin KRI training next September at Yoga West and continue teaching where the opportunity presents itself. Thank you for providing this service. Have you had the opportunity to meet Guru Singh? I AM a HUGE Fan of his, and his music!!! I AM such an Enthusiastic practionioner of KY, I once asked him to Be my Spiritual mentor!
