Beginner: appreciate advice on which sets/kriya's to do

Hi All :) Thank you all in advance for being out there! I feel

like I've finally found what I've been searching for with KY. I've

just been doing this for a few weeks, so any advice is very

appreciated.

 

What I've been doing is the spinal flexibility set every morning,

followed by the 11-minute version of the kirtin kriya (i kind of ran

across it by 'accident' and it has just seemed really helpful for

me). But I've been becoming much more aware during this time of how

weak my navel center is and was wondering if it would be a good idea

to add the nabhi kriya in the afternoon, or is it better to stick

with just my morning routine for now.
