Sat Nam Carol,

 

yeah, you found the right set. You can do the Nabhi Kriya almost any time a

day. I personally wouldn't do it late in the evening, as it is pretty

energizing. If you do it for the first time, do only half times ! Gradually

build up - ultimate goal: 40 days! Then your navel should be pretty strong :-)

 

Another thing comes into my mind: a strong belly needs also a strong back.

After building the much-loved belly muscles go for a strong back -

exercises like boat or bow-pose are pretty helpful. Also cobra (if done

correctly). There is also a nice set called 'yogic greetings' - includes

108 lift-ups in bow-pose. This set really rocks !
