Guest guest
Sat nam, I've been trying to do 40 days. I did 39! and then missed a day, and since then I have trouble getting to 40. After 40 of course I want to do 90 and then 120. I think having some one or ones to share the goal would be very helpful, so if you are interested please let me know. I do 1 to 1 1/2 hour yoga around 5 am, then I do about 40 minutes Sadhana. Altho sometimes I do the Sadhana in the evening, which I know is not the preferred time. I don't think we all have to necessarily do the same set, but what I am doing is the basic 'Kriya for Elevation' with some things thrown in off the video I have. If anyone wants to, I can tell you exactly what I'm doing. Thanks, hope to hear from some of you. best, kartar kaur
Guest guest
Norma,& those who were interested in joining me in a 40-day - The video by Guru Terath contains a set which, she says, is not in any manual. It was given personally by Yogi Bhajan back in the early '70's, and written down by a student. So it is pretty special. Lasts about 1 1/2 hours. And she is a great teacher. It is the closest I have found to being in a yoga class. She tells what each exercise is good for. She talks enough but not too much. She is inspiring. kartar kaur
