Guest guest
Sat Nam Kellie! Have you used these spontaneous mudras in an attempt to "know" their meanings? ie assume mudra after tuning in and applying sunia. #2 with more description it may not be, but it feels to me like a form of Yoni Mudra and a sense of purification of the energy centers. When you are given spontaneous mudra as a gift, sit with that mudra and let it awaken you further. Go past the experience or deeper into it. In Kundalini arousal it is important not to get trapped once again by the egoic mind. Sit with the expansion and try not to analyze the grace out of the gift. A pit fall for all of us, I believe because our mind has been running the show thus far! Let this gift be integrated fully, ask for guidance from the golden Chain (tuning in before using the hand gestures) and may God and Guru be with you! Blessings! Guest guest
Thank You for your reply. I bow to your sentence(not to analyze the grace out of the gift)and I acknowledge the more I let go the better this is. No I haven't just sat with the mudra to know meaning. I will do this!and simultaneously try to quiet this why why why voice. Please let me share another thing. I am on my knees my hands pull my head down as if trying to stretch the back of my neck. My right index finger proceeds to touch just at base of skull then between shoulder blades at about T3or4 runs over my head and face then pushes deep into sternal notch. I know just allow the healing to happen. I am gracious and consider myself blessed. My life has changed only for the better but very different. Blessings, Kellie --- rfarley51 wrote: > > Sat Nam Kellie! > Have you used these spontaneous mudras in an attempt > to "know" their > meanings? ie assume mudra after tuning in and > applying sunia. #2 with more description > it may not be, but it feels to me like a form of > Yoni Mudra and a sense of > purification of the energy centers.
