Questions about sets in GK book

Hello, I'm new to the group and am overjoyed to be here. I've been practicing KY

for about

10 years, have done some teaching I wanted to get some more sets and meditations

for

my students so I bought GK's books. They are extraordinary. I thought I'd find a

few sets

and meditations I wasn't familiar with, but WOW! what a treasure trove these

books are! I

couldn't be happier!!

I have a couple of questions in regard to some material in GK's books that are a

little

confusing for me to read.

1) In relax and renew. The "opportunity and green energy set" on pages 78-79

#8 says "exhale, bring forehead to the floor, inhale bring the forehead to the

floor... and

arise inhaling silently chanting NAM" Is this a typo? "bring forehead to the

floor" is

repeated. what made sense to me was to exhale, bringing forehead to the floor

and inhale

arising. any help on this would be appreciated.

2) in the same set #6 Trea Kriya is very difficult for me because of a knee

injury and recent

surgery. Can it be replaced with EZ pose or something else?

3) In "Intro to KY Yoga" Guruda Mudra on Page 74, it says "Inhale with a long

light SAT and

(still inhaling) wave or jiggle NAM. Exhale with a long light WHA and jiggle or

wave GURU"

Does "long and light mean a whisper? That seems to me to be the only way to

voice it on

the inhale. Does the long and light chant on the exhale mean a whisper or is

that voiced?

Or am I completely off and it's a mentally vibrated chant? Lastly is the "jiggle

or wave like a

vibrato or does it refer to the hands?"

Forgive my ignorance, My only previous experience in learning a set was in

person.

Thank you for your time and patience,

Shabad Singh
