Guest guest
Well Sat Nam Amar,& hello! I have a copy of one meditation that is called: "Meditation to Adjust Your Magnetic Field After An Earth Quake" What it will do for you: The magnetic relationship of the two hemispheres of the brain is readjusted with this meditation. How to do it: Sit straight. Slightly cup your left hand & hold it over your left ear. Hold the left arm up in front of you so that the upper arm is parallel to the ground. Extend your right arm straight out to your side. Bend it so that your fist is by your ear with the hand in conch mudra. Eyes are focused on the tip of the nose. Strike the side of your head with your left hand in time with the mantra Sa Ta Na Ma. Do the meditation for 11-31 minutes. ( I believe I found this meditation on the teachers site)....(: I hope this helps, with many blessings dear sister, Sat Nam,Jiwan Shakti All your favorites on one personal page – Try My

Here's a summary of the instructions: Sit in EP with the hands at the level of the solar plexus, in a fist except for the index fingers which are extended straight and which cross at the second segment. Right palm down, left up. Inhale long slow and deep through the nose (15 sec). Exhale forcefully and completely through puckered lips (not whistling) so the breath is directed at the fingertips, feel them getting cold or vibrating. Never do the breath quickly. Meditate on your own prana for at least 11 minutes. To finish lock the fingers and stretch. It is for sensitizing your self to prepare for changes in the earth, such as earthquakes. It will also maintain youthfulness, bring health and healing ability, anti depressive, eliminate fatigue and increase your intuition and sensitivity.
