question re: kirtan kriya

Thank you all again for sharing your knowledge and experience with

KY. I am so hopeful that this is going to help me make progress

with the depression/anxiety that I have been battling for decades

now :):) obviously not extremely successfully! :) i really

appreciate all of the insights/suggestions i've seen from so many

re: depression/anxiety lately.

 

My question today is about the kirtan kriya. i have been practising

it now for only 2 weeks, but i am still having difficulty

visualizing or feeling the "L" in my head. I can feel the sound

coming "in" the top of my head and down, but i can't seem to get the

sound back out the 3rd eye...it actually seems like it can't find

the way out, can't quite make that 90degree turn. Any suggestions?

Sat Nam Ji,

 

I practice this also and find that visualizing the words (Sa Ta Na

Ma) coming out of my 3rd eye helps facilitate the "L".

 

Hope this helps in some way.
