Add to that KY kriyas for cleansing the organs. Rest and renew on days you are cleansing. If you feel strong after 2 days of the cleanse try a fast with water. Following that consider taking Triphala, Ashwagandha, and Shatavari to keep the action going and rejuvenate the internal organs.
