Guest guest
Hello I am catherine, 49, lives in Paris. Strange question, but linked to yoga... In 2003, I experimented Kundalini after a massage (just once), that same year I started Meditation,Yoga, tantra dancing and ...myalgias (terrible unexplained pain in musles or bones ) I do not believe in allopathy, so I tried a lot of hollistic methods. The last, the pendulum gave as an answer to the cause of these pain: "anger" My question is: does Kundalini and/or yoga awakes the energy, spiritual and physical, and if the person is not capable of dealing with it, exteriorizing it (like feelings) then the inside energy turns against yourself? I found out that yoga and positive meditation help, if I stop I feel down with great pain. If you have any idea that could help me, you're warmly welcome! cheers cath Découvrez le nouveau Mail : 250 Mo d'espace de stockage pour vos mails ! Guest guest
Sat Nam Catherine, Is the "kundalini" you experimented with, the Kundalini Yoga of Yogi Bhajan? There are many kinds of things out there with the name "kundalini" attached to it. there are many types of yoga also. many of these yogas are not designed for the rise of Kundalini. And without proper technique and preparation, a spontaneaous explosion of kundalini energy can be dangerous if the body is not prepared. Real Kundalini yoga, if done properly under a qualified teacher is very safe and healthy and prepares the body for the awakening of Kundalini. Kundalini yoga has been known to be also very healing to all kinds of ailments. if you're not sure which type of kundalini techniques are best, you can got to: http://www.yogatech.com or http://www.3ho.org/kundaliniyoga.html you can find all kinds of cool kriyas and meditations that may help you. Hope that helps, Shabad Singh Kundaliniyoga, catherine <astro_cath> wrote: > > Hello > I am catherine, 49, lives in Paris. > Strange question, but linked to yoga... > In 2003, I experimented Kundalini after a massage (just once), that same year I started Meditation,Yoga, tantra dancing and ...myalgias (terrible unexplained pain in musles or bones ) > I do not believe in allopathy, so I tried a lot of hollistic methods. > The last, the pendulum gave as an answer to the cause of these pain: "anger" > My question is: does Kundalini and/or yoga awakes the energy, spiritual and physical, and if the person is not capable of dealing with it, exteriorizing it (like feelings) then the inside energy turns against yourself? > I found out that yoga and positive meditation help, if I stop I feel down with great pain. > If you have any idea that could help me, you're warmly welcome! > cheers > cath > > > > > Découvrez le nouveau Mail : 250 Mo d'espace de stockage pour vos mails ! > Créez votre Mail > >
