I live in Athens, Greece; they have "Green-groceries", here, and I AM sure they have these substances you mentioned. I will look! If not, I will navigate to "Sky of the heart," as you have loads of good stuff! My husband is Kapha, and this is Kapha season. He suffers with much mucus in his system, especially respiratory and gastro/intestinal. (I am an in-active Registered Nurse). He really needs help with eliminating all of this excessive mucus. He is even on Lasix 20mg, every other day for hypertension! Any suggestions? or should I go to your site? Once again, thanks to All, including Gururattan Kaur Khalsa, who has given me innumerable and priceless advice and support, now almost one full year!!!
