Guest guest
Sat Nam, I had the great fortune to attend a workshop conducted by Guru Prem a few months ago. He led us through spinal flexes, cat and cow, and some stretches teaching us to lead with our hears, involving our spines fully. His teachings have stayed with me in my practice and I am able to share them with others. Sometimes I just love Los Angeles! Joan
