Guest guest
Dear Sangeet, Know that many of us are feeling your pain, confusion, and fear. You are not alone. Do you have the Kundalini Mantras on CD or tape? Play them around your daughter in your house everyday. Practice the long Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo and sit for guidance. Even though our teenagers push us away incessantly they have such a desire to be held and shown love. How tough that is at times!!!!! When people act the most unloving, they need the most love. This was my mantra through the raising of my daughters in their teen years. All of the suggestions you have received are wonderful. Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung healing mantra is an excellent one. Do you suspect drug use? If so the kriya to overcome addictions would be wonderfully helpful. If your daughter won't do it herself, you can do it for her. I have seen great results in my students taking this on as a 40 day practice for their children. It is such a blessing that she has practiced Yoga before, this is still a part of her, talk to that part of her. Darkness can not exist in the Light. Surround her with as much light as possible and know we will be doing the same. Blessings and Love! Guru Ravi
