Guest guest
Sat Nam, I have a question. I was reading a book on Kundalini yoga and it had some exercises to do before bedtime. I tried them one night a few days ago and ever since I have had a shoot up from my left lower calf up to my lower back area. But sometimes it also will remain localized in my left calf. The pain will go away and later start up in different areas of the calf. It feels like a nerve pain. I think the exercise that did it was a leg stretch in which you put your chest and head to your knees, legs straight out in front of you, pulling your toes toward you and trying to keep the bottom of the knees on the floor. I also did a shoulder stand, and an exercise in which you lie flat on your back, stretch you arms in the air as if reaching for the sky and then curl your fingers into a fist and pull the fists down to your chest as if you are pulling a heavy weight. The book mentioned that there is a life nerve that runs up the leg...Have I done something to it? Thanks! Namaste, Lucia
