Sat Nam,

Would someone be able to provide suggestions for a heavy, large

breasted woman while doing life nerve stretch with one leg bent and the

knee with foot pressing into the opposite inner thigh, to obtain the

fullest benefit of the posture?

Her main concern is the discrepancy in the reach of the arm on the side

of the body with the bent knee coming slightly across her body and that

of the opposite arm as we come over the leg. She is fairly new to yoga

and working on gaining flexibility in the hips and is not able to pivot

the torso to bring the sternum in line with outstretched leg.

Is there a modification or is accepting and working with her body to

gain greater flexibility her best option?
