Thanks for having me. I have an important question: During the last month, I have been experiencing some energy surges from the sternum breastbone to the clavicle during self treatment. This energy surge occurs when my hand position for reiki near the root chakra. This energy shoots up to my throat area and feels like a shock. Sometimes I have left sides massive headaches. I am not prone to worry, but I am a bit perplexed, can anyone shed some light on this? I would like to smooth this feeling out. But first what is it?
