Hello,

My name is Tracey and I live in the Twin Cities in Minnesota.

I have been studying Sat Nam Rasayan and taking occasional yoga

classes at The Center For Happiness here in town.

I am planning on taking the Teacher Training for Kundalini Yoga

offered here this fall.

Until then I'm just trying to pick up what I can about this powerful

technology.

I've practiced certain sets on my own and have participated in

classes. Next I want to start practicing Breath Of Fire. I feel

called to practice it and I'm hopeful it will have a positive impact

on my lungs which have had Asthma for 30+ years.

I hope this will be a good forum for me to ask the inevitable

questions that come up with learning something new.

Sat Nam,

Tracey

Sat Nam Tracey,

Welcome to our list! We have over 1900 members World wide and a great source of

info and feedback. Feel free to ask questions as you start your journey into the

technology of Kundalini Yoga. I always feel blessed to be a part and connected

with a group of people on a spiritual journey like myself. This is one of the

blessings of the internet.

God Bless

Welcome Tracey,

I also live near the Twin Cities (east metro). I have not heard of

the Center for Happiness. Where is it, and who runs it?

I sometimes attend the meditation center in mpls, or the IHT in St.

Paul. Both are in the Himalayan lineage (Swami Rama). Do you know of

them? Just currious.
