Guest guest
Dear friends, I hope someone may know the location of these 2 meditations because I can't find them. I think they are either on the KunYoga website or Yoga Technology site, both sites by Gururattan. They are so powerful - 3 minute meditations- one is to stop or slow down thoughts: raise shoulders to ears, hands under arms. slows breathing. other is called Call to the Soul. Long sat nams, very peaceful. I printed out both of these but did not note where from. I want to print them again, in a better form, to give to people, but cannot locate them. If anyone knows these 2 i'd appreciate it. thanks, kartar kaur
Guest guest
Hello Kartar Kaur, These are the ones I know of that might be what you're looking for :- kundalini yogakyt04.html (Meditation to switch channels) kundalini yogakyt05.html (long Sat Nams) I'll thank Gururattan Kaur once again here - I'm so humbled and feel so privileged that with her hard work and Guru's Grace I have been given this great gift. I've being doing long Sat Nams for a while now, and you're right, it's so powerful. I think I must have hit 40 days now (haven't been keeping track) as I feel that a sea change has occurred, almost like my soul is sitting there waiting for me to start the chant and so quickly do I feel connected now. Sometimes my heart is full of love for me, sometimes dear Guru, Yogi Bhajan and so many more (occasionally, oh so infrequently, maybe all?!). The tears are subsiding to be replaced with a wistful smile! Rocks often seem to stand in the way of our path to a peaceful repose but with surrender and the love of God we can all realise that the rocks are but pebbles to step over. Guest guest
Dear Darren, Thank you! I agree these are so powerful and so simple and one can benefit from only 3 minutes! Amazing technology. I am also trying for 40 days with the Long Sat nams, and the "switch channels" really works. I have been making copies and giving them to people. and yes I also bless Gururattan for making this available. sat nam, kartar kaur In Kundaliniyoga, "Darren Alexander" <darrena@f...> wrote: > > Hello Kartar Kaur, > > These are the ones I know of that might be what you're looking for :- > > kundalini yogakyt04.html (Meditation to switch channels) > kundalini yogakyt05.html (long Sat Nams) > > I'll thank Gururattan Kaur once again here - I'm so humbled and feel so privileged that with her hard work and Guru's Grace I have been given this great gift. > > I've being doing long Sat Nams for a while now, and you're right, it's so powerful.
