(for 2 months) Now that I've got Gururattan's book (!) I want to pick another kriya and do it, but some things I like to do every day, like stretch pose and sat kriya. So I don't know how to integrate these 2 desires. Should I do stretch pose and Sat Kriya separate from the new kriya that I start? And should Sadhana always be last? Thank you.
