Sat Nam and Blessings to All,

What are restrictions for students with hbp? There were a few

references scattered throughout the KY publications, but I can't find them

now. Can you help? Many thanks!!!

Im not sure because Im only a begginer here. but I would say any

breath holding for more than a couple seconds is out. And generally

anything that makes u overly out of breath or dizzy.

The teacher training manual suggests that people with high blood pressure check

with

their physicians before practicing KY as exertion can be problematic.

That's all I know
