hi all! I am new in Yoga and want to know Kriya for developing a better

intuition. Can anyone help? Thanks a lot!

Sat Nam.

This is from "Embracing our Natural Life Cycles a Woman's Book of

Yoga". It is Meditation for Intuition and Conquering Fear.

Sit in easy pose. Relax your elbows by your side & bring your forearms

parallel to the floor and angled out so they follow the angle of your

legs in the cross legged posture. With your palms facing upward, bring

the fingertips of each hand together, Closed Lotus Mudra. Close the

eyes and focus at the brow point. Hold this eye focus. Inhale deeply

and exhale. Hold your breath out and mentally repeat Saa Taa Naa Maa

four times. You will hold your breath out for a total of sixteen

counts. Inhale deeply, exhale and begin the sequence with mental

chanting at your brow for 11 minutes. To end, inhale, hold the breath

briefly, then relax.
