Guest guest Posted February 18, 2005 Report Share Posted February 18, 2005 Hi! I'm new to the group and have a question regarding the 4/4 Energizing Breath in lesson #1. The part that said "On each part of both the inhale and exhale, pull the navel point toward the spine.( The stronger you pull the navel the more energy you will generate.)... When you inhale, the only way to pull the navel and point toward the spine is, you would have to breath in with your lungs only and sucking your belly inward at the same time???
