Yes. you can do the yoga as well. The yoga exercises are a great way to prepare

the body

for meditation. Enjoy!!!

Dear Ron,

Definitely start doing the exercises as well. And do them with awareness. I

did mention that you can start the physical exercises, but I see I need to

make that more clear. The important thing is that you get a baseline

awareness of where you are at so that you can moniter your progress. And

that you start cultivating awareness right way.

One of the main goals of the practice of KY is to cultilvate awareness. If

we start at the beginning, we train ourselves to be aware. The more aware

we are, the more the energy we generate integrates into our being and the

better our results. Without awareness, we still generate a lot of energy

and create transformation, but the subtlies of our experiences allude us and

the energy gets dissipated faster.

Enjoy.

Gururattan Kaur! I did not expect to see a teacher such as

yourself posting here. I thought your lifestyle would keep you too

busy. cool! When you say awareness, you are reffering to awareness as

in the awareness cultivated by like Zen meditations? Im familiar with

that but I wanted to make sure were on the same page. :-)
