If you are very new to Kundalini Yoga, and practicing the lessons offered to you at www.kundaliniyoga.org, you really ought to go through and familiarize yourself with the lessons leading up to "Lesson Six", called "Flexibility of the Spinal", and begin with those, before advancing to the others lessons.
