Guest guest
Thank you all for the wonderful insights and advice you share. Your ideas for visualizing the "L" during the kirtin kriya worked beautifully...especially the image of the laughing children going down the L-slide to infinity! :) Thank you so much. I'm doing the spinal set first thing in the morning and have another hour later in the day for ky when I've been doing the kirtin kriya, but I have enough time that I could also do the navel set, which I know I really need. But I wasn't sure if it would be better not to do two kriyas in a row, or if there was a preferred order. Thanks a lot for any advice! Guest guest
Sat Nam, There's no problem with doing multiple sets. Back in the "old" days folks used to do yoga almost all day and apart from getting a bit too spacey there's no harm as long as you are physically able. As for the order its really up to you but with those two kriyas I would recommend doing the spinal set first since it is more basic and "awakening". Most of all, have fun!
