Sat nam,

 

I BElieve THIS IS SO, AM I right? KY was THE First, of ALL the yogas,

then followed the others?

Sat Nam, I am not sure of the historical facts since that information

is lost way back in the time of the golden age. However, as far as my

limited experience with other yogas go I think Kundalini Yoga INCLUDES

just about all the practices I have encountered in other yogas as far

as postures, pranayams, mudras etc.
