Guest guest
Sat Nam! lol. Ok,I cannot read music, and I cant get a free realplayer around here anymore, they want money. So, does anyone have a windows Media player version of Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo that I can listen to? Much apreciated. ~Ron
Guest guest
Real Player is still free. Read the small print on their site. You just don't get the bells and whistles with the free version. Guest guest
Sat Nam, 'Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo' is our traditional greeting and start of any KY class. Translated: 'I greet the wise teacher within me and outside of me' The sounds of the mantra connects you with your inner teacher, and connects you to all yoga teachers (--> socalled golden chain), sort of like the beautiful blue ocean connects one wave to another! When you tune in this way, you are saying, 'I am making a special space so the best can come to me! Sending blessings and light from Shanghai, Adarsh S.
