Guest guest
Sat Nam, dear Joan, Lila and Nirmal, the book you are looking for is a very old one, but beautiful. It seems to be out of trading, perhaps in some ashrams there still is a copy. But: There seems to be a new edition, even expanded. You can find it under www.satnam-versand.de click on "online-shop" and then "products". Here is a copy of the title of that new book. Perhaps you can find it as well in yogatechnology.com: Yoga for Health & Healing A practical yoga manual focusing of the healing aspects. With detailed intriduction to the 10 bodies, the Chakras and energy systems, Glandular system and Nadis; detailed desription of all postures and basics; focusing on all areas of the body; and a fantastic alphabetical index with many symptoms or body areas, and the exercise(s) working for this particular symptom or body area. Love and light Sadhana
Guest guest
> Sat nam Joan & Lila, > > Also try www.pinklotus.org for many krias/ meditatioms. I know these are not specifically what you asked for, but maybe they can be added. Also, an exercise for ADDICTION is as follows: 1. Easy pose/straight spine; making sure that the lowest 6 vertebrae are Pushed Forward. 2.Make fists of the hands. Extend the thumbs straight & place them on the temples in the niche where they fit. 3.Lock the back molars & keep the lips closed. Vibrate the jaw muscles by alternating pressure on the molars. A muscle will move in rhythm under the thumbs. Feel it massage the thumbs as you apply a firm pressure with the thumbs. 4.Keep the eyes closed. Loohk to the third-eye point. Mentally vibrate the mantra: SA-TA-NA-MA at the third eye-point TIME: Continue 5-7 minutes. May be expanded to 20-31 minutes with practice.
