Guest guest
Sat Nam, All! Continued thanks for all of your insights and encouragement. I learn so much from reading everyone's posts. I've really fallen in love with the kirtin kriya! There's just something about it that really makes me feel good I've been practicing the 11-minute version for over 40 days now, and have recently started doing the 11-minute version a second time in the late afternoon. I tried the 31-minute version a few times but found that my back and legs became so tired, fell asleep, ached, etc., that it just seemed I was pushing beyond what my body could do right now. So I opted for doing the 11-minute version twice a day to increase my time with the kriya, but also keep it a "successful" experience :) So I was wondering if there is a 22-minute version of this kriya, possibly doubling the times for the 11-minute version? I wasn't sure because I've never seen that mentioned, but thought if there is , I thought it might help me work up to the 31-minute version more gradually. Also, just wondering if there is a particular tune for the chanting. I've seemed to fall into one over time, but I was curious if there was a recommended one. Thanks again! Blessings, carol
