How to manifest the POWER OF THE SPIRIT and the

HEART OF THE TEACHER through yoga of awareness.

 

This course takes you in steps through all the stages that form the

Golden Link. The Golden Link is between student and teacher,

consciousness and awareness, spirit and mind, emotion and heart. The

four stages are Suspension, Intention, Attention and Projection. Learn

to identify the stages in your self and in each action you take. The

meditations and experiences will help you answer many questions central

to awakening your full teaching capacity.

 

For over thirty years Guru Dev and Gurucharan studied with Yogi Bhajan

and mastered this technique in order to teach teachers of Kundalini

Yoga, the yoga of awareness.

This course is designed for yoga teachers and welcomes also

all interested students.
