Guest guest
Sat Nam Emme! Start with eating 20 dried sour cherrys daily. (that's the dose!! more is not better!) The sooner one starts with eating the sour cherries daily in live , the bigger the chance that one not even get arthritis. Also it works against any kind of pain. Any painkiller medicine can be reduced to half dose, with simply eating the cherries! In the sour cherries is in a natural way the same substance as in the medicine you would get with the disease. It's all from chinese medicine. Blessings sat mandir s. Gesendet von Mail - Jetzt mit 250MB kostenlosem Speicher
Guest guest
Welcome Emme, I have some osteo arthritis and have noticed improvement since I began practice just under 4 years ago. Gaining strength in muscles has lessened stress on the affected joints. The simple joy of awareness seems to have lessened discomfort or perhaps allowed me to be more accepting of some pain as a part of my life. I also take turmeric twice daily, either in my food or mixed in water. This has lubricated my joints, knee in particular. I have the great fortune of sharing my home with two feline beings. The benefits are unlimited! Be in Love Joan > >
