Feeling wired etc is often a detox reaction. Your liver is talking to you.

Just continue gently and maybe a little more slowly so that the cleansing /

awakening feelings are within the comfort range. Do a lot of gentle deep

breathing to help the detox and calm the body.Drink a lot of pure water. Use

warm castor oil packs across your liver and kidneys, chant, practice mantra,

and visualize your body throwing off these toxins in your exhale, in your

prayers, in your shower, through your purifying thoughts. Drink more juices.

Ask Yogiji to help you. Ask out loud visualizing the energy coming out your

throat chakra, "Yogi Bhajan help me to feel calmly energitic in following

your teachings. Take the edge off my experience." Then lie down and quietly

receive His help.

Even heart palpitations may be experienced when the liver is stressed. Go

slowly and be gentle with your self. Look at the Divine Shield meditation.

Not for protection so much as to cry MA,

MAAAA. The Divine Mother will always rush to comfort you. Cup your hand

around your ear to listen to Her reply. Or lie down with your hands cupped

across your heart chakra and feel the warmth soothing the edginess. It will

pass very quickly and soon you will not be able to get enough because your

nerves will be stronger and your organs will be healthier.

Ravi Singh and Anna Brett have a good DVD with a "love your liver" sequence.

I recommend it.
