Ravi Singh Book and another questions.

I just rented from the Library Ravi Singhs's Kundalini yoga for

streangth, success, & spirit. And Im gonna go ahead and start out with

those things instead of whats on the site, of course Ill be useing the

site as refferance material. and Ill be doing some of the things on

there as well.

My other question is, Ive heard of People beggining to see

spiritual entities once theyre third eye is opened. Is this normal?

How do you tell the differance between the good and bad ones. And when

it comes time to that,if it happens Who are good spirits/gods to try

and contact/communicate with? Thanks. ~Ron
