Guest guest
Sat nam A follow up question.. I have a deep and total faith in the power of mantra myself. The problem I am having is visualizing -- or feeling -- the "L" of energy entering the crown chakra and leaving the ajna chakra. I can both visualize it and feekl it but it takes about 30 seconds for each syllable which makes for a tedious chant. Any pointers? I LOVE KY!!. There is guidance for everything!! with deep appreciation Lilananda
Guest guest
Sat nam, I can offer to you to KEEP the picture in your mind WITH INTENTION. Then, practice, practice, practice! You'll get it in no time! Blessings, Nirmal! I can both visualize it and feel > it but it takes about 30 seconds for each syllable which makes for a tedious > chant. > Any pointers? Guest guest
I am just a beginner with all of this, but I received some wonderful advice from others in this group which really helped me with the same problem. They suggested that I visualize laughing children sliding easily and effortlessly down an L-shaped slide. Once I used that image it seemed that the sounds traveled the L very easily and quickly and I've had no problems chanting at a more comfortable rate since then. Hope this helps you as well! Sat Nam!
