Connection to All Life, All Energy, All Light

I should clarify that to me my experiences are not out of body. It is the

experience of connecting to different levels of energy and light while at the

same time being fully present on earth.

I will try to explain it more clearly.

 

It is like my thoughts and questions beam out to the universe and that they are

part of a wave length of Light, then I receive answers or responses.

Whether I connect to my current surroundings, higher self, past civilizations,

guides, or Light Beings it is all part of the same wave length of Light and

Sound where time such as past, present and future all exists simultaneously and

there is no Separation.

I have only begun to experience this connection since practicing Kundalini Yoga.
