Guest guest
Here's some info about gold light...information is from the Lemurian Elders, who are speaking. "...our lifeline to our divinity. This Light is a homing beacon directly received from and is the light of Creator Source and is the strongest light for tranformation and transmutation on the physical plane. We were infused with and surrounded by this light, which helped us access Universal Laws and Wisdom, as well as connect us to nature and each other....Gold Light was able to remove pain, create, regenerate, and recreate our physical bodies, and connect us to each other in an indestructible link of energy. It could also refresh, harmonize, and evolve our light bodies." - written by Lauren O. Thyme (chanelling Lemurian Elders) in Lemurian Way (book). She has a website - type her name in search engine, if you or anyone needs to know more about the ancient civilization of Lemuria which predated Atlantis. =====
Guest guest
Sat Nam Brian, it was long ago when i posted here on this list that i found the Golden Light to be more aligned with the heart chakra (or maybe the spiritual heart), while the white light for me has a more higher frequency - connected to the sahasrara Chakra. I compared the golden light to the "sun" of Tarot and the white light to the "magician". golden seems to be more astral and "hearty" to me and white more "spiritual" and more from "above". Gururattan answered that this fit quite well with her experiences. Anyway these light meditations simply have to be practicesd and experienced, they feel so goood! When Gurunam Singh (the Cabbalist) met Yogi Bhajan and they made a meditation where they should project golden light from the sun penetrating into the forehead (Ajna), he suddenly realized the core identity of Cabbala and Kundalini Yoga! (and that was quite an explosion in his head, i guess :-)) ) Wahe Guru Guru Shabd Singh (Martin) Duesseldorf, Germany Kundaliniyoga, "brian kilton" <bkilton@e...> wrote: > > > Sat Nam, > In the prosperity lesson 14 on the training site it talks about > gold/white light after the set of exercises. > > "GOLD AND WHITE LIGHT > Experiment with feeling the presence of both white and gold light. > They have very different effects. Guest guest
Sat Nam Guru Shabd Singh and Mehatb Singh, I remember that you Guru Shabd were the only one who responded. You are right, you have to sit with the colors and experience them. That is why I didn't say what my experience was. But every time I do this in my classes the students get it right away. Although the experiences vary some, the core experience is the same. So Mehatb , invite your student to feel the colors and see what happens. Let her get out of her head for once. It will be a relief. Sat Nam, Gururattan
Guest guest
Sat Nam dear Gururattan, let me take the opportunity to thank your for your virtual Presence here on the Internet and all things that are provided by this work of yours! It was some years ago that i first heard about KY and it was via your website and this mailinglist that i learned about it. Having practised some Hatha before i immediately knew that KY was "for me". Then courses, friends and teachers followed, then teachers training... and now the journey goes on: Yesterday i gave my first lesson in class! Guest guest
Dear Guru Shabd Singh, Sat Nam! It is wonderful to hear about your evolution since discovering KY from our website. Gordon and I love to hear these stories. And now you are teaching your first classes!! Congratulations!! And this is just the begining of another evolutionary step. We look forward to hearing from others who are moving into the teacher mode. Sharing is the best. Many blessings, Gururattan
