Are there a couple kriyas or asanas that specifically target the kidneys and

kidney meridians?

One of my favorite kriyas for the kidneys it Stress Set for the

Adrenals & Kidneys. It can be found in "Relax & Renew" manual by

Gururattan Kaur Khalsa. There are others in that manual as well.

Sat Nam. Can you tell me how long to do the exercises as it does not

say in the book.

1-2 minutes. Start with one and work up to 2. Kidney exercises should be

done so you don't stress, which uses instead of nurtures kidney energy.
