First I´d like to say how much KY has helped me with my anxiety over the past

2years and to those that are looking for answers you´ve come to the right place.

I´m taking a break from Myan Gyan meditation arms extended like wings index and

middle fingers with ring and pinkie finger folded back under thumbs. Eyeslooking

at nose. Breath in though teeth exhale through nose 11mins. Great for anxiety

and fear. Works on mulahara security chakra. Helps to be in the moment. My arms

hurt so its time for a break. I´m doing it 25mins past recommended time, not

good right? Now I´ve switched to Caliber of Life med. it helps with excessive

worrying and i´m able to get out of bed and actually get things done something i

couldn´t do before. I´m starting with 4mins holding the breath out as long as i

can. On www.susankezios.com it says that must be cultivated slowly working up to

eleven mins. 1)Is one week enough time before i go to 5mins or should i wait

more like two weeks. 2)Also, can i do this

more than once a day or should I do only once a day? since it is for

strengthening the nervous system. Anyone with experience with the med. who could

answer my questions it would be greatly appreciated.

The Healing mental physical spiritual bodies med. is said to be the most

powerful purification med. it also has the advantage of taking only 11mins.

Anyone done this meditation for more the 40days has it really enable you to be

free of all garbage. You don´t have to tell me what happened, since YB says to

tell no one simply tell me if it was an effective practice in terms of

transformational value and how many days you practiced the meditation. I´ve done

arm kriyas with both arms extended instead of a right angle as in the healing

med. and i´ve found that the garbage always returns.

Thank you in advance, Chris Madrid
