Guest guest
Sat nam, Kundalini meditations for me, are wonderful, and they target certain topics. For myself, I practice Deep, Blissful meditation twice daily for 20-30 minutes, apart from my practice of Kundalini yoga.It is a way of finding the Divine you, and one of the greatest highs you can have. The Essence of Divine Experience is unending devasting Bliss and an unshakable Silent Peace. It is a Door that opens the Self onward on The Path To Enlightenment. If you wish to know more about this Meditation, please contact me off-line. Guest guest
Dear Georgia, I am very interested in this meditation. I have many challenges trying to shut up my mind. Your meditation seem to be quite powerful and I would be grateful if you could elaborate and share. I have been doing Kundalini for just over a year now. Many thanks, Verette Georgia Victoria Weinkauf <sss3333nnn Kundaliniyoga Sun, 13 Mar 2005 06:19:24 -0000 Kundalini Yoga Meditation Sat nam, Kundalini meditations for me, are wonderful, and they target certain topics.
