Guest guest Posted March 15, 2005 Report Share Posted March 15, 2005 Hi, I can't remember who initiated the posts regarding how to do breath of fire exactly - but I thought I would share a great method. In Gurmukh's video, "Kundalini yoga", she tells you to sit in easy pose, eyes closed and open your mouth wide - sticking your tongue out as far as it will go and to start panting like a dog!! It sounds hilarious - but it really does produce the breath from breath of fire. After a short period, she says to close your mouth and to continue breathing like that through your nose.
