Light your cigarrete. Inhalate the smoke and feel it. Feel how it gets into your mouth, down to your lungs, taste the flavour. Feel it as it goes out of your body. Feel what you feel and admit it. If you need to go on, go ahead. Avoid doing it mechanically. Think and concentrate on what you are doing. Listen to your body because your own body will give you the answer. Good luck. You have really given me some great teqhniques and thoughts to ponder! I know I need to feel a real sense of dedication in order to get this done. I do feel bad about what I'm doing to my body and feel that I am stuck on a lower plane by my actions ; ) Bless you all and Happy Equinox!
