Guest guest
Sat Nam: Tessa: There is a fear-release and renew through mudra meditation that I have been using since the beginning of March. Sit in easy cross legged posture and place the hands in Kapitthaka Mudra to start & open and close the Saturn finger, etc. I found it at http://100megsfree.com/yoga/fear.html I have been using it along with kirtan krya to release programming of subconscious mind. I feel pretty good after I have done both of these; some kind of releasing is going on. To the group/Sat Nam: I recently had a non-malignant cyst removed from my gumline. I currently have stitches and some black & blue (and yellow) on my jaw and underneath. It's healing. I have been washing my mouth with warm salt water and am on an antibiotic. My two bottom teeth were/are mobile because of the cyst interfering with the roots of them. Does anyone know of a chant or mudra that I could do that would enable my teeth to take hold (like we are hoping) so that I do not lose them and in addition assist with the healing process of my gums and the release of any infection/poison in my body?
