I think I join you this year and just leave a CD mix playing (a nagging ankle and knee injury are keeping me from working out in the way I need to). That Rakhe Rakhanar Har was created by the yoga students in Krishna Kaur's KRI Teacher's Training class of 2004. They got it together! Hopefully there will CDs of that Sadhana available soon. I'll keep ya'll posted.
