Sat Nam,

I posted this earlier & got no response, please allow

me to try again...(:

I have found information on what it does for us when

we lift our legs different heights/degrees...

I am interested in learning more about the arms...

is there a place I can find what the arm motions do

for us?

Example:

arms extended up at sides 90 degrees,

60 degrees,

straight out to the sides,

straight out in front of us

straight up above the head etc......

Is there a reference/book (anything) that I can go to

to learn more?

with many blessings, Jiwan Shakti

Sat nam Jiwan.

I'm rather new to yoga theory so I don't have any answers but that's

really a interesting quesetion. May I ask what info you found

regarding the legs, and perhaps also where you found it?

Blessings
