I just wanted to add that sugar is a detriment to our

immune system. For each teaspoon of sugar consumed 50%

of the immune system goes into a state of laxness or

poor functioning for 5 to 8 hours. Add another

teaspoon of sugar and one has added another 5 to 8

hours of 50% immune shut down. Over time the

accumulation can be detrimental to the body.

Artificial sweeteners cross the blood brain barrier

and then the brain is on toxins. Only natural

sweeteners should be used. Stay with nature. I use

Stevia as a sweetener which also helps to normalize

the pancrease. What we put in our mouth does affect

our body. Nature is full of wonderful foods to enjoy.

Man made or refined foods are not natural.

I have joined a local Kundalini Yoga group and now I

can understand what you are all talking about. This is

a new language for me. The practice is relaxing and

inspiring. My business is growing by leaps now. The

abundance of the universe is manifesting.
