For potbelly and removing girth from the waist, also to stimulate the flow of

energy from the abdominal area along the spine through the top of the head..

Sit cross-legged, spine straight, clasp hands behind neck, press shoulders and

elbows back. Begin spinal twist, inhale twisting right, exhale left, 3 minutes,

inhale hold the breath, pull the root lock exhale. Lower the hands to the knees.

Feel the flow of radiance 1 minute or longer. Repeat same exercise, inhaling to

the left, exhaling to the right.

Again, sit cross-legged, stretch arms straight overhead, clasp fingers together,

elbows hugging ears, shoulders stretched up. Begin spinal twist, inhale

twisting right, exhale left, 3 minutes, inhale hold the breath, pull the root

lock exhale. Lower the hands to the knees. Feel the flow of radiance 1 minute

or longer. Repeat same exercise, inhaling to the left, exhaling to the right.

Kapalabhati/breathe of fire/few questions

Is kapalabhati the same as "Breathe of FIre"?

If not , how should this be done?

What is the best of reducing a potbelly?

What is the yogic way of reducing

triglycerides/glucose

levels in blood stream?

Thanks

Akkama
