Sit cross-legged, spine straight, clasp hands behind neck, press shoulders and elbows back. Begin spinal twist, inhale twisting right, exhale left, 3 minutes, inhale hold the breath, pull the root lock exhale. Lower the hands to the knees. Feel the flow of radiance 1 minute or longer.
