Sat Nam,

 

This meditation can be found in Transitions to a heart centered world it is for

unblocking our projected strength.1)I have a question concerning the amount of

time that this meditation is supposed to be practiced. No time is specified.

11mins? 31mins? What is your experience with this meditation? I´m trying to work

on my projection improving it do you know of any other practices you could

recommend. I feel blocked but i am starting to get unblocked. I´m currently

doing caliber of life for almost a month, it helps keep me going not depressed
