Guest guest
SAT NAM...My favorite is the Triple Mantra CD by Gurunam... Ad Guray Nameh. It's on the Yogatech website. Click on mantra for protection and a beautiful explanation is provided. This is one I Chant all day long, silently out loud, doing chores, driving. I'm drawn to it's vibration. After your SADHANA it's a wonderful way to keep up and recharge all day long. By the way, I always tune in and out when I'm chanting as well. Is this acceptable or mandatory? ...............SANTOKH KAUR, FT LAUDERDALE
Guest guest
Sat Nam Santokh Kaur, hey neighbor (: my understanding is that we should always tune in anytime that we do anything pertaining to Kundalini Yoga...its beneficial to us as well because it helps to center ourselves & helps us to focus & it links us to the Golden Chain of all the teachers that have gone before us who have brought us these ancient teachings...(I'm sure you already knew this, I just thought I'd add it for those who are reading this that are new)smiles... with many blessings, Jiwan Shakti Kaur Tampa,FL --- bootsee59 wrote: > > SAT NAM...My favorite is the Triple Mantra CD by > Gurunam... Guest guest
Sat Nam, I have Gurunams book Lifting the veil and his cd. In the book he describes the mudra as pressing the hands together palm to palm as in prayer pose, in the cd instructions he has a different mudra, bring the hands the the level of the navel, palms facing each other about six inches apart. Which one of these mudars do you use or do you use a different one? He does not mention the "tree of life mudra" anywhere in his book. Are you refuring to Gurunam or someone else? Gurunam is a master Kabbalahalist (spelling) and he has applied those teaching to kundalini yoga as taught by YB.
