Guest guest
Sat nam everyone! I've been overworking myself revising for exams lately and now suffer from IBS (Irritable Bowel.) I know this is stress and diet induced, but was hoping some of you could offer some wisdom? All thanks and love, Emily. Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger. Guest guest
I Emily. I share your pain. I have Cohen's Disease disease which has some similar symptoms as IBS, except it is an autoimmune disease. I have found the following to be helpful: Camel ride releases energy at the 4th vertebra and releases energy for self healing. It also gives those internal organs a nice calming massage. Follow that with the spinal twist for as long as you can. Cat and Cow are effective and try to apply root lock. You really want to pull out the tension and direct that energy toward self healing as well. It6 is very important with IBS to balance your nervous system and neutralize tension. For that you can't go wrong with Sat Kriya, which as you know activates the spirit rising and promotes a balanced sense of self. Then we come to diet. Are you vegetarian? I would need to know your diet before I made any Kraal. Blessings, Elizabeth On 4/5/05 8:33 AM, "emily beckwith" <e.beckwith wrote: > > > > Sat nam everyone!
